This hike started by a small creek, spent time through the forest, switchbacks through the trees, then opened to a large meadow that went up to the cliffs. We were lucky enough to happen upon a bull elk grazing. Once at the edge, the view was spectacular. On the way down we also explored the short trail out to the beach. An all-around awesome hike, what a beautiful place.
